By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, and any changes will be effective immediately. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the modified terms and conditions.
The terms used in the present general conditions of sale have the following meanings:
– “Customer” means any individual or legal entity that uses the services offered by quantreo.com.
– “Services” means monthly access to our online community and our online training courses.
– “Online Community” means the online discussion area (for a fee) reserved for our customers to interact with each other, ask questions and share information related to the services offered.
– “Online Training Courses” means the courses and trainings offered by our company that are available to customers through our online platform.
– “Subscription” means the commitment made by the customer to pay the monthly amount corresponding to the access to the community and to the online courses offered. It can be monthly or yearly but remains without commitment.
– “Content” refers to all texts, images, videos, audio files, documents and other elements offered as part of our company’s services.

By using our services, you agree not to violate applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the community (with a pro-rata refund for any remaining days) if we determine that your behavior is detrimental to the proper functioning of the community.

We now offer the option of purchasing our programs in one full payment or in two instalments. Details and specific amounts of these payment options are available on our website or from our customer service department.
Payment in two instalments: If you choose the payment in two instalments option, the first instalment will be taken at the time of registration. Full payment option: You can also choose to pay for the entire program in one go. This payment is made at the time of registration and guarantees continued access to services for the full duration of the program.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change the prices of our programs at any time and without prior notice. However, any price changes will apply only to new purchases and not to payments already made or in progress.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to our payment policies and agree to make payments in accordance with the terms and conditions chosen for access to our community and online courses.

We collect and use your personal data only for the purposes of providing our services, including processing your payments, sending you communications relating to your subscription or sending you promotional messages and advice relating to the course you are taking.

If you post comments, ideas or suggestions on our community or online courses, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute and display such comments, ideas or suggestions in any manner.
Any work you provide for community projects becomes public. This means that anyone can use it for any purpose (private project, sale, promotion of any kind, etc.). In particular, your code and work can be shared on the Quantreo Youtube channel or in the Alpha Quant program.
By accessing our community or online courses, you acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in our content are the exclusive property of our company or our third-party content providers, and that you agree to respect those intellectual property rights.
You have a 30-days money back guarantee without any justification. If you achieve more than 60% of the E-learning part, you renounce this right.
If you have been refund once and purchase the product again, we consider that you have waived your 30-day right to refund.
