Privacy policy

Short version: this website uses no cookies and does not track you individually; we only count visits anonymously. We only collect what is needed to sell you the program, give you access and answer your messages. We never sell your data.

This website

quantreo.com sets no cookies and uses no advertising pixels. To know how the site is used, we measure visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool: it records anonymous, aggregated data (pages viewed, referring website, country, device type, clicks on the buy buttons), uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other websites. Fonts, images and the lesson excerpt are served from our own server. Like any web server, our host keeps technical logs (IP address, pages requested, date) for security, for a short period.

Data we collect, and why

• Purchase: name, email, billing details and order history, to process your order, give you access and issue invoices. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal accounting obligations. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
• Member area and mentoring: your progress and the messages, sheets or backtests you send us, to deliver the program and the mentoring. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Emails: if you subscribe to the newsletter or to a free resource, your email and first name, to send you that content. Legal basis: your consent; every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Messages and project requests: when you write to us by email, your name, email and message, to answer you and, if relevant, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying, and steps taken at your request before a contract.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

• systeme.io: checkout, member area and emails.
• Payment providers used at checkout: card and payment processing.
• Discord: the members’ community, if you choose to join. Discord applies its own privacy policy.
• Umami (umami.is): anonymous visit statistics, without cookies.
• Our web host: o2switch (France).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In that case the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Customer data: for as long as you have access to the program, then 3 years.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by French law.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Messages: up to 3 years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to lucas [at] quantreo.com; we answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or the data protection authority of your country.
